There is a $49 fee for rescheduling or canceling the appointment before your Technician's arrive at your location.

There is a $99 fee or 20% of the job whichever is greater, if your Technicians are at your location and decide to cancel the order or you are not there.

There is a 20% restocking & shipping fee on all products that are returned due to canceling the order.
